Job Description

Summary

Analyze, plan, and implement process improvement needs. Evaluate and model existing processes. Organize and facilitate projects. Identify improvement options. Develop metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collect data to identify cause problems. Measure performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls. Manage resources, including members, to complete projects. Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Deploy plans from conception through to close. Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control courses.

Business Process Analyst

Location: Mexico, Monterrey

Modality: Hybrid

You will report to: Manager, NA Operational Excellence

Responsabilities

  • Promote, lead transformation teams in the implementation of the Lean methods, which includes the use of multiple process improvement tools including: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Control Charts.
  • Lead teams to implement and use best practices across Lifecycle Services to ensure process improvements are institutionalized throughout the business.
  • Collaborate with business leadership teams to develop annual plans to support continuous improvement to improve main metrics.
  • Communicate to leadership teams on global programs, continuous improvement projects, kaizen status.
  • Identify opportunities, scope projects and track benefits to achieve productivity, quality and service improvement targets aligned with priorities, financial improvements, and customer experience.
  • Be a change leader and progress continuous improvement mindset throughout Lifecycle Services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in continuous improvement activities with results
  • Knowledge in Lifecycle services such as Proposal, Field Services Engineer and manufacturing
  • Advanced level of English
  • Experience in DMAIC
  • Knowledge and application of statistical techniques and statistical software such as minitab
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, change leader and driving project success individually and through others
