Job Purpose & Summary
Atlas is a rapidly growing fintech business seeking to expand our operations team and build out our business operations & analytics capabilities. As a Business Operations professional, you will play a crucial role in developing the reporting infrastructure that identifies key insights to drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Create insightful dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and trends

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges

Translate data insights into actionable projects for the business

Design & lead business growth initiatives to drive increased revenue & retention
Required Qualifications & Skills

2-7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau or other BI tools

Self-sufficient and proactive problem-solver

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner
