What you will do

Executing and automating operational processes
-
Providing second-level support for the product
-
Performing root cause analysis for production issues
-
Investigate and identify causes of technical issues escalated by Customer Support
-
A strong passion to contribute improvements and optimize the Cloud Service Operations Center
-
Ability to read and understand complex shell, Java scripts
-
Ensure resolution of IT requests in timely manner
-
Manage escalated issues
-
Actively participate in all IT compliance related activities
-
Maintain all relevant IT documentation on day to day basis
-
Perform daily checks of IT infrastructure to ensure proactive resolution
What experience you need
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
-
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience IT support
-
2+ years experience working with Linux scripting, troubleshooting, resolving issues within SLA.
-
2+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
-
Customer service oriented with good problem solving attitude

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express technical concepts clearly.

Working knowledge of databases, SQL, Big Query, Jenkins.

Atlassian tooling ( ex: Jira, Confluence, and Github)

Monitoring tools like datadog, Splunk etc

Diligence, attention to quality, and timely delivery

Bonus: Experience in Operations, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Consulting, or other technical customer-facing roles.
