The Advance Geospatial Systems (AGS) Business Operations Analyst Sr. is responsible to for the tracking and reporting of business metrics and project status. They will collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Project Management, Engineering, Customer Technical Services, and Marketing leadership to collect and track key business results to enable business decisions and optimize processes.
Metrics:

• Create and monitor Power BI dashboards for Agile engineering metrics and reporting to Product Teams, Professional Services, and the Investment team.
• Generate charts supporting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Portfolio Benefits Realization Review, Investment Targeting, Internal Monthly Business Reviews and other meetings as needed.

Capital Procurement & Projects:

• Tracking project execution and status for two product lines; enable communication to process change requests and remove roadblocks, calculate forecast and completion dates.
• Collect and synthesize requirements for budgetary planning cycle, conduct annual inventory and relocation procedures.

Facilities Support:

• Represent the product line's interest regarding lease renewals, physical changes, space allocations and compliance with the sponsor requirements.

Fulfilment:

• San Diego based coordination of customer and internal shipments; work with technical resources to coordinate digital deliveries of restricted software.
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 3+ years' experience PowerBI
• 3+ years' experience in data/financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects at once with varying degrees of priority
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse work teams
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related degree / equivalent experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Familiar with Azure DevOps reporting
• Familiar with CostPoint Reporting
• Eligible for Security Clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
