The Opportunity
This position works out of our location in Wiesbaden (Abbott GmbH) in the Abbott Diabetes Care division that is focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Monitoring daily B2C operations on eCommerce platform and optimizing processes related to key workstreams (orders, reimbursement, billing, shipping, returns and replacements) by tracking key KPIs and reports in BI Tools.
- Working on escalations and documentation (Jira & Confluence) for B2C and identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process automations.
- Liaising frequently with Customer Service for follow up of systems and process issues, knowledge transfer and new releases.
- Documenting and mapping processes for B2C business operations.
- Identify Reporting improvements and process gaps to support continuous improvement.
- Testing and supporting new BI Tools and reporting project implementation.
- Tracking and supporting on non-standard processes (Fraud, GDPR) with other functions.
- Serving as interface for customer service, market access, supply chain, CRM project managers, IT, customers and vendors.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in Business Management or Business Information Technology.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German is required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous work experience in multinational companies within the healthcare, med-tech, or FMCG sectors.
- Experience in agile project management methodologies.
- Basic understanding of the German healthcare system.
- Proven ability to work effectively in international teams across different time zones.
- Strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Extensive experience in eCommerce environments.
- Skilled in using MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Basic SQL Knowledge
- Knowledge of Reimbursement Systems (e.g., Egeko, MIP, ZHP/X3)
- Project management and/or Salesforce.com certification
