JOB SUMMARY
NZXT’s Vietnam Business Manager is responsible for the development and execution of Sales strategy for Vietnam, supporting business units in achieving their sales goals. As a regional leader on the APAC Sales team your core focus is to build channel, sales volume and brand awareness for NZXT products.
General Purposes
- To be NZXT local force and be responsible Sales Revenue and monitor marketing activity within these regions.
- To execute channel marketing strategy to place our product in the channel and increased our on-shelf / online exposure
- To have this position gather intelligence data such as TAM, Market share and competitor analysis to be translated into sales and marketing action items within this region.
- To manage sell-in & sell out within this region and maximize run rate and market share
- To guide existing partner [Distributor and Dealer level] or future partner in executing our brand strategies in the market.
- To identify business opportunities and act upon it.
- To coordinate channel product availability on a pre-launch basis.
- Establish and nurture the NZXT community in your region, partnering closely with Global Community and Social leads.
- Develop, manage and execute the end-to-end GTM launch and sustain plans for priority product campaigns aimed at driving awareness, credibility, and consumer demand for NZXT products.
- Maintain and create content for Vietnam social media channels and provide the contents to other APAC regions
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets for Vietnam
- Responsible for driving revenue growth to include sell in, sell out and the product fluidity within our channel pipeline to ensure smooth run rate within the region.
- Overseeing and driving marketing activities within this region
- Managing channel structure for 1st and 2nd tier partners engagement through sales/marketing programs
- Building customer relationship & customer network within this area.
- Developing loyalty programs that will maximize sales outcome
- Coordinating launch program and ensuring channel availability
- Identifying sales opportunities and implementing strategies and actions.
- Implementing structural & processes change to sync with NZXT global operating standards
- Market intelligence and data gathering to determine business scale.
- Responsible for channel marketing strategy and implementation to expand NZXT Retail outlook throughout this region
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 6 years experience with Channel Sales Management or Product Management for Component or Gaming related device industry.
- Experience in dealing directly with Vietnam Channel structure (dealers & distributor)
- Highly intuitive and problem-solving skills abilities
- High Proficiency in English both in spoken and written.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Consultative selling skills
- Ability to plan and execute action items in such a short notice
- Be able to adapt to fast paced and ever-changing industry
- Good interpersonal / industry networking and communication skills.
