As we continue expanding, we are looking to add a passionate Business Manager Trainee to our team. The ideal candidate will share the same entrepreneurial spirit as our founder and be eager to learn and grow within our organization. As a Business Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in every aspect of the business, starting in sales and account management, with the opportunity to progress into leadership. You will play a key part in supporting our ongoing expansion and operational growth.
Responsibilities of the Business Manager Trainee:
- Educate customers on our clients' products, services, and current promotions to drive engagement and sales.
- Hone negotiation and closing skills to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records within the system.
- Train new team members by shadowing senior management and utilizing our proven training techniques.
- In 6-8 months, drive team performance consistency and focus on professional development to improve retention.
- After 12 months, take on the responsibilities of office support management, including payroll, HR functions, and operational organization.
Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- A strong problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
- Passion for helping others, building relationships, and driving success.
- Focused on continuous professional development and personal growth.
- Professional and driven attitude both in and out of the office.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or leadership roles.
