As a Business Manager Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Driving strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and integration across the organization.
- Executing business continuity plans to maintain operations during adverse conditions, adhering to corporate governance standards.
- Establishing best practices for strategy development by consolidating information, advocating for business cases, and presenting proposals to leadership and stakeholders.
- Designing budgets informed by organizational strategy and upcoming deliverables.
- Monitoring team health and supporting leadership in addressing cultural issues, while leading initiatives to enhance organizational culture.
- Managing the rhythm of business by coordinating key meetings, executive briefings, and planning cycles to ensure alignment across teams.
- Acting as a strategic point of contact for executive-level clients, translating their vision into actionable initiatives for the organization.
- Communicating executive priorities and ensuring alignment across business units through clear and structured messaging.
- Creating strategic walking decks that effectively convey key insights, business priorities, and decision points for executive stakeholders.

You have:
- 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, or related business roles.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Manager or Chief of Staff for an enterprise-level client in a consulting capacity.
- Proven capability in business program management, organizational skills, culture and change management experience, and excellent communications skills.
- Experience in similar roles, supporting senior leaders or strong operational/business management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in both Excel and Power BI, including proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Management)
You might also have:
- Advanced Degree: Possession of an MBA or other advanced degrees is highly valued.
- Recent Microsoft Consulting or Contracting Experience: Experience supporting the Microsoft client in a consulting or contracting capacity within the past two to three years.
- Industry-Specific Experience: Familiarity with large-scale supply chain operations and an understanding of end-to-end business complexities are advantageous.
- People Management Experience: A background in managing teams or leading people is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems: Experience leading and managing ERP system execution at scale, such as SAP or Oracle, is advantageous.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 115,000-145,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
