As a Business Manager in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be a part of the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) organization supporting Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Product, Experience and Technology. F&BM team drives business management, financial analysis, vendor management, strategy governance and internal communications for CCB PXT organization. Location Strategy manage location strategy, seat management for India based teams across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategize, Drive & Influence the decision making process related to Location strategy & seat management for CCB PXT across all cities and buildings in India, ensuring that the outcome results in better accuracy of location forecasts related to seating, hiring and ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with business management team and global location strategy team to ensure Location strategy trends are reported periodically in close alignment with all key information in current systems that feed into corporate location strategy inputs.
- Provide quarterly forecasting inputs for HLP in alignment with India Leadership Team and US F&BM requirements. Involvement at submission stage for discussions at India Leadership team and their -1's for their respective HLP numbers every quarter.
- Get HLP Forecast HC per Location/Building. Communicate point in time views to each BM. Adhere to Guidelines set by US location team.
- Work on weekly touch points during the HLP window with the US BM and India Leadership Team for updates and inputs on HLP
- Reconcile the HLP numbers with Finance (Budget Pass cycles).
- Raise a flag to US BM and India Leadership Team if numbers do not reconcile with Budget. Stakeholder Engagement to drive execution of location targets, enhance the outlook and improve accuracy of representation of actual and projected data points
- Manage Concentration risk - Ensure structured governance of real estate process in alignment with key stakeholders to enhance accuracy of seat utilization information
- Manage risk and control agenda for CCB PXT India (LOB)
- Work closely with various support teams such as CIO office, GTI, Real Estate teams, Recruitment teams to drive key strategies and restacks/movements of resources. Continually evolve the analytics and data presentations to enable fast and accurate decision making
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Project Management. Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing and relationship building skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive HR-related data and maintain confidentiality.
- Expertise in planning and financial control management
- Attention to details and a self-starter. Fosters positive working relationships; manage stakeholders globally.
- Ability to deliver/extract/report/analyze high quality data in time crunched circumstances.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure; Ability to prioritize requests and multi-task on time sensitive multiple requirements.
- Ability to work well individually and partner effectively.
- 10+ years of work experience, primarily in Business Management, Location Strategy, Seat Allocations, Executive Reporting & Program Management
- Strong expertise with collaboration tools like MS Excel pivots & macros, VBA, Confluence & SharePoint. Ability to clearly story board executive Power point presentations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in large, global multi-tiered organizations, preferably in the financial services industry. ITeS/BPO/KPO preferred but not mandatory.
