The Role: We are looking for a business management support analyst to join our growing Technology team. The role will sit within our Technology Chief of Staff function and report to the head of business management. This role will support the CTO organization and assist in ensuring that CTO's top priorities are adequately addressed and followed through.

This role offers a lot of visibility and opportunity to interact with various groups and staff at all levels and all across the organization. Some of the responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Support the administration and management of strategic programs and smaller projects, as well as assist with ad hoc requests.
  • Help with budgeting and forecasting by gathering and organizing data related to headcount, technology expenses, and other budgets. Work with finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team managers and HR to update personnel changes in the central staff database and assist in addressing any data inconsistencies.
  • Assist in managing software vendor contracts, including onboarding new vendors and handling renewals.
  • Help prepare presentations for stakeholders, contribute to the Tech learning series, and assist in creating content for newsletters. Maintain and update wiki intranet pages.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of architecture reviews and update related documentation on the wiki.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events such as town halls, informal forums, and conferences.
  • Perform basic analyses and provide support for various functions within the CTO office.

What You Will Bring:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Some project management experience
  • Energetic, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Superior organization and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Able to function effectively in a fast pace dynamic environment, deal with ambiguity, and function effectively under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Office 365; 3-5 years of experience in financial services, start up or tech industry
  • BS or BA in business management, computer science, finance or any related discipline.
