Job Description
As an Analyst of Business Management at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank leadership, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. You have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative squads, and are passionate about new projects and retail banking. By your nature, you are also solution-oriented, commercially savvy and have a head for fintech. The team partners closely with other business and functions to support the wider strategic priorities of the firm.
This role is focused on strategic initiatives under the International Consumer Bank scope and includes the oversight of JPMC's participation at C6 Bank, a fast-growing digital bank located in Brazil.

Job responsibilities:
- Assist on data management and reporting of key business metrics and insights
- Support the preparation of regulatory and internal presentations/reports, researching and analyzing business and industry trends
- Participation in valuation discussions and coordination of initiatives with bankers, legal advisors, and consulting firms
- Communicate & collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across various Lines of Business
- Full support to the International Consumer Bank senior leadership in preparation for board meetings and business reviews
- Provide support for executives ad-hoc requests related to strategic initiatives, presentation development, reporting, business analysis, and other projects
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proven support delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting, with attention to detail and continuous focus on excellence
- Able to support the development of business reports and analysis, being clear, concise and actionable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate relevant issues
- Proactive, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts
- Actively hands on, detail orientated and outcome-focused, as well as a collaborative team player
- Strong time management, prioritization and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Proficient using PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent professional English and Portuguese
