We’re looking for a Business Lead to join Snap! Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, this candidate will have immediate impact on our operating model, Go To Market strategy, long term vision, program management, communications strategy and advising at an executive level both internally and externally.
What you’ll do:

Understand the business challenges and needs to help leadership make strategic decisions both long term and with short term milestones.

Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.

Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development though successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department leaders.

Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
-
Improve or create processes to optimize organizational ways of working while creating efficiency and productivity.
-
Serve as liaison with staff, executives, and senior leaders, regarding organizational climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.

Oversee daily “office of” operations in collaboration with other leaders, and perform administrative tasks such as managing daily and weekly focus areas, generating correspondence, maintaining files, planning and coordinating annual meetings and events the President will be participating in.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field

8+ years of experience in a business management or executive support role

Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field

Experience in data analysis and budget management
-
Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management

Proven success in a project coordination role
-
Agile thinker with a strong ability to craft innovative solutions

Strong project reporting skills, with an emphasis on cross-departmental communication

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$284,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $181,000-$270,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $162,000-$241,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
