POSITION SUMMARY:
This position focuses on designing and developing portfolio reporting dashboards in Power BI, utilizing Alteryx and SQL for data integration, aggregation, and workflows. Additionally, it supports the development of portfolio models—historical, forecast, and predictive performance—using Python.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in projects requiring data collection, data aggregation, portfolio reporting, and analytical work. This involves extensive data gathering, organization, and cleanup.
- Assist with project management and implementation of automation/digitization projects, working closely with the Investor Relations, Finance/Operations, and Business Solutions teams.
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards for Portfolio Management including: monitoring, analytics, fund reporting, and front-end activity.
- Maintain and develop data frameworks to enhance data governance and portfolio reporting activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required with focus on Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field.
- 3-6 yrs experience in financial services with solid understanding of investment banking, direct lending, structured credit, and project management, or similar experience.
- Understanding of credit risk in secured lending, as well as portfolios dynamics, bringing together analytical conclusions from granular analysis with macro risk drivers.
- Knowledge around development and utilization of complex portfolio performance models; using statistics, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with data manipulation and reporting software, use/build of databases, SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Python or similar.
For New York City only: The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
