Purpose of the role
To support the bank's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units.
Accountabilities
- Design and development of comprehensive reports and dashboards using various data visualization tools and techniques.
- Design, development and implementation of automated report generation processes for improved efficiency and timeliness.
- Identification and analysis of business requirements to define report content and format.
- Maintenance and updating of existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs, including co-ordination of reporting template releases and related administrative tasks.
- Development of robust processes & controls for collating input data & seeking signoffs as required.
- Engagement with stakeholders as needed to ensure up to date data is incorporated into reporting.

Join us as a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be a highly experienced MI & Analytics Developer with strong communication and influencing skills. They will be recognised internally as a technical expert holding deep technical knowledge and experience of Management Information Solutions and Technology. They will have a broad and comprehensive knowledge of Business Information Tools and likely to be in a key technical advisory / critical special advice role as a subject matter expert. They should be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of leadership and governance within the Commercial Space..
To be successful as a Business Intelligence Developer, you should have experience with • A track record in using SQL / Alteryx / Virtual Data Layers / Tableau.• Focused, well organised and prepared to contribute to the business outside of their immediate job role.• Will have the drive and energy to influence users across varying geography to improve the outcome for clients and the business.• Able to demonstrate the ability to provide appropriate oversight to a geographically spread team.• Subject matter expert influencing the senior functional management and other committees outside of own function.• Superior influencing and negotiating skills and constantly required to communicate at a senior level both internally and externally.• Uses interpretative thinking and advanced analytical skills to solve problems / design solutions in often complex /sensitive situations.
