Join our Operational Excellence team and contribute to our purpose of implementing process excellence initiatives. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to be responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI reports that empower our management team to make informed decisions based on accurate data analysis. The team you will be part of
You will collaborate with various teams to gather data and understand reporting needs, facilitating effective communication, and aligning on operational goals and performance metrics.
The Operational Excellence team is a newly established team supporting our EMEA Regional Operations in process automation, data analysis and reporting.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- build and maintain reports and advanced analytical tools (PowerBI and Excel)
- support EMEA Regional Operations team with data analyses and support management with KPI definitions and measurements to build and maintain KPI dashboards
- prepare business review slide decks for management team
- ensure data alignment and transparency across the functions and advise business with data-driven decisions
- ensure operations data models integrity and alignment on operations data point definitions cross-functionally
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- are a data or supply chain specialist with an interest in BI excellence
- have a couple of years of work experience with BI and analytics
- have a relevant master’s degree in business or in a technical field such as informatics, data sciences, supply chain or similar
- have experience in working with data modelling, data warehouses (such as SAP, Azure or similar), visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik), and the development of complex dashboard solutions
- have experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- understand systems and data architecture principles enabling you to build and implement the BI road map
- understand the business value of reporting and prioritize efforts accordingly
- good communication skills, both written and verbal, and thrive working in a collaborative international environment
