Healthcare providers go into medicine to care for people, but end up losing valuable time each day to admin work and other workplace challenges. Time that could otherwise be spent helping patients. And patients end up suffering as a result. At Commure, we build solutions that simplify providers' lives and keep them connected to their patients so they can focus on doing what matters most: providing care.

Our innovative suite of software and hardware – augmented by advanced LLM AI, RTLS, and healthcare workflow automations – boosts efficiency across every domain of healthcare, freeing up healthcare providers to spend more of their time caring for patients. Our growing suite of technologies include staff duress alerting, asset tracking, patient elopement, revenue cycle management, clinical documentation and intake, provider copilots, patient engagement and communication, home health, remote patient monitoring, and more.

Today, we support over 250,000 clinicians across hundreds of care sites around the country. And we’re only just getting started: Healthcare’s watershed moment for AI-powered transformation is here – so join us in creating the technology to power healthcare!

About the Role
Join our People team as a Business Intelligence Analyst and help build the analytics engine that shapes our global workforce decisions. You’ll unify fragmented HR data from the U.S., India, Colombia, and Bangladesh and turn it into actionable insights—covering key areas like attrition, compensation, and workforce trends. If you’re passionate about data, automation, and discovering how people fuel business success, this is your chance to make a tangible impact. No prior HR experience is necessary; what matters is your analytical strength, willingness to streamline processes, and skill in presenting findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Build & Own the People Analytics Function
• Develop HR dashboards, reports, and self-service tools that give clear visibility into workforce metrics such as attrition and compensation
• Serve as a central point of contact for people data, ensuring accuracy and meaningful insights across multiple HRIS systems (Rippling, BD, India HRIS)
• Support HRIS migration and optimization efforts, including advanced reporting capabilities and automated workflows

Global Data Integration & Process Optimization
• Consolidate data from various platforms and acquisitions to establish a single source of truth for workforce metrics
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Security teams to automate workflows, manage system access, and ensure compliance (SOC 2, data privacy)
• Oversee system integrations, focusing on scalability and reducing manual tasks or errors

Analytical Leadership & Reporting
• Own the end-to-end data pipeline—from collection to transformation—and deliver actionable insights for leadership
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that identify cost-saving opportunities, highlight potential gaps, and track workforce trends
• Employ predictive analytics to forecast workforce needs, inform budget decisions, and support large-scale hiring or M&A activity

Compensation Analytics & Benchmarking
• Leverage tools such as Pave to maintain an up-to-date view of market benchmarks and optimize compensation data
• Build compensation dashboards and self-service reports to monitor pay equity, pay progression, and overall distribution
• Create scenario models (e.g., increased base vs. bonus or equity) for leadership to evaluate total compensation costs and priorities
• Contribute structured data sets and insights during pay review cycles, partnering with the Head of HR to support sound decisions

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Drive initiatives that improve HR workflows (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, promotions) through automation and smarter data collection
• Translate complex data challenges into practical solutions that yield quick wins and set the stage for long-term scalability

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Data Science, Analytics, Finance); Master’s degree a plus
• 4+ years of analytics experience (BI, FP&A, operations analysis, or similar) in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
• Skilled in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Strong data storytelling skills, translating complex findings into concise, actionable insights
• Proven ability to deliver analytics projects from planning through implementation, balancing speed and quality
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and partnering with distributed global teams
• Motivated to enhance processes at the crossroads of people data and business outcomes

Why You’ll Love This Role
• High Impact: Help shape decisions on workforce planning, compensation, and retention, driving meaningful change across the company
• Ownership & Visibility: Collaborate with leaders, influence project priorities, and drive the development of key data solutions
• Innovation & Growth: Solve complex data challenges while modernizing our HR processes and systems
• Collaboration & Culture: Work with cross-functional and international teams, combining analytical best practices with a people-first approach

If you’re ready to bring your BI and operational skills to a people-centric environment, we’d love to hear from you.
