About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Administrator.

In this role, you will:

  • Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with the Strategy and Execution area
  • Implement strategic plans and makes changes to the plan as necessary
  • Perform complex administrative transactional and operational and customer support tasks
  • Ensure that projects operate with maximum efficiency
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
  • Provide leadership to the team for the purpose of attaining a common goal
  • Interact with immediate team and external business partners on wide range of information
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate Strategy and Execution team

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Administrative Support or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of total experience
  • Technical Capabilities to include – MS Office Suite – Power Point, Excel, Word
  • Advance Excel, VBA, Macros, Power BI, Alteryx
  • SQL and Python would be an added advantage
  • Constructively challenge the usual approach to doing things and find new and better ways to do the job.
  • Excellent communication and relationship/partnership building skills.
  • Demonstrate a curiosity toward learning.
  • Consistently meet or exceed commitments.
  • Maintain high standards of performance.
  • Go above and beyond what needs to be done without being told.
  • Communicate clearly
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Risk domain
  • Key Risk Indicators (KRI) administration, reporting and analysis.
  • Quality assurance design and execution across all programs
  • Operational loss analysis and reporting
  • Enhance and maintain desktop procedures.
  • Credible challenge reporting and analysis for observations and recommendations
  • Project Management and Data Analytics and Insights
  • University degree in Business or related discipline
