Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Director – Operations Support Leader, under Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. The person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across Home Lending Operation team. In this role, you will:

Be accountable for all primary support activities for Home Lending Operations including change management, project/initiative management, business led learning, onboarding, and engagement with production leaders to improve execution and performance.

Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders, and internal and external partners associated with the area of Business Execution or who are affected by its outcomes

Drive prioritization discussions with leadership to ensure resources are mobilized around highest value activities

Lead Business Execution team for assigned initiatives through extensive experience in Loan Origination workflow (processes and procedures) ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Execute on Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over the long-term in order to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency

Have a deep understanding of the economic implications of strategic decisions affecting mortgage production, with the ability to clearly articulate these impacts to stakeholders

Interpret policies and procedures for long-range and fundamental retooling of perspective, approach, culture, quality, relationships, operations, and capabilities

Collaborate and influence Home Lending Operations, Retail leadership and partners to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies or policies and business line objectives

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
-
8+ years of Project Management, Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of management or leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications:
-
Experience with global operations including offshoring and use of third parties
-
Strong financial acumen and experience in understanding the impacts of change and key initiatives on productivity, capacity, customer experience, and expense.

Extensive knowledge in Mortgage Production workflow (processes and procedures) and experience driving efficiency initiatives across operational functions.

Demonstrated ability to create and present a clear, strategic vision to executive leadership with exceptional polish and professionalism, both in verbal and written communication.

Excellent presentation skills.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
