About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to support the Unsecured Lending Operations Change Management, Delivery and Execution team.
The Business Execution Associate will support the execution of Unsecured Lending Operation procedures by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the organization to effectively implement procedure deliverables that meet business needs. In this role, you’ll also work on a Kanban team in an agile environment to ensure requests are implemented accurately and promptly.

In this role, you will:
- Review procedure update requests of varying complexity from start to finish, ensuring adherence to established processes.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders including business, controls, compliance, and legal to effectively publish accurate procedures.
- Develop new content, archive existing procedures, and update them in compliance with technical writing standards.
- Manage content during the certification process to ensure procedures remain current.
- Meet business needs by reviewing and understanding requests then implementing them accurately and promptly.
- Utilize independent judgement to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the team in implementing them while adapting to change.
- Attend regular meetings and actively contribute to enhancing team processes and overall success.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment across all organizational levels, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including attention to detail.
- Experience in building partnerships with leaders and subject matter experts across multiple business functions.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate urgency.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and challenge processes effectively.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodology or willingness to learn.
- Experience with Kanban workflow.
- Experience using Jira or ability to adapt to new technology.
- Experience with OpenText, Procedure Request Form, AppWorks, PRF, Policy Governance Platform and Document Request Form systems.
- Utilize a style guide for writing
- Experience writing or updating business documents such as user guides and procedures
