Brown & Brown is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Conshohocken, PA!
The Business Development Specialist will provide support to the sales team in identifying qualified leads through inbound and outbound activities across the Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Insurance market.
How You Will Contribute:

Effective research, conduct needs analysis, and set appointments with qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and other methods.

Collaborate with sales team to identify prospective clients existing insurance program and how our team may be able to propose additional comprehensive solutions to satisfy their needs.

Facilitate sales calls and provide producers with leading information.

Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in CRM.

Leverage database tools for lead generation.

Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards and department/agency goals.

Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry trends and information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology.
Licenses and Certifications:

Willing to obtain an insurance license, required.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

High School diploma or equivalent.

1+ years’ sales experience (preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
