As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at UniUni, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential brand partners to drive new business opportunities. You will utilize a multi-channel outreach approach, including email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry events, to engage key decision-makers and qualify prospects for the sales team.

Requirements
Related Work Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified leads).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.

Formal Education or Equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills—ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Excellent prospecting and research abilities—skilled in identifying and reaching high-value targets.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales & marketing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset—capable of analyzing metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
