With the integration of Imperva, Thales will help organizations address the rapidly increasing challenges of cybersecurity, which have escalated in severity, complexity, and frequency, with global solutions for application, data security, and identity use cases.

  • Application Security: Provides unified protection for applications and APIs across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments, with a set of tools that includes web application firewalls (WAF), DDoS protection, bot defense, API security, a user-friendly content delivery network (CDN) for developers, and runtime application self-protection (RASP).
  • Data Security: Ensures access and protection of sensitive data at rest, in transit, and in use, utilizing the CipherTrust platform, Imperva Data Security Fabric, and hardware security modules like Luna and payShield for cryptographic operations.
  • Identity and Access Management: Offers seamless and secure access to digital applications and services for customers, employees, and partners through the OneWelcome platform and SafeNet Trusted Access.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join an all-star team of hard-working professionals looking to bridge the gap between marketing and sales organizations, driving lead generation and fostering outbound campaigns. We are a motivated group driving growth for the business and partnering with our sales team for multiple product lines.

As a Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Be responsible for helping to curate the first contact experience and leverage digital outreach and prospecting tools at your disposal.
  • Work closely with both our marketing demand teams and our sales executives to ensure a positive customer experience across the customer journey.
  • Speak to C-level executives at Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies throughout the region.
  • Quickly learn communication skills that will set you up for furthering your career.     

A week in the life of Business Development Representative:

  • You will articulate value proposition to C-level decision-makers across multiple verticals to assess buying interest and improve consideration.
  • You will meet and exceed quarterly goals consisting of marketing-generated leads, qualified meetings, and activity metrics.
  • You will partner closely with sales teams in key GEOs and create account strategies together to drive penetration against very large businesses.
  • You will use daily, integrated use of Salesforce.com, and additional applications to manage all lead data and ensure data integrity.
  • You will be involved in helping grow pipeline funnel through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • You will drive pipeline opportunities through an account-based marketing approach.
  • You will perform a variety of other marketing-related duties as assigned to improve the customer experience.

To succeed in this job, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise Lead Development, Lead Generation (SaaS or Security experience a plus) or enterprise sales and business development.
  • Fluency in English (B2+) and Spanish.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce.com and other sales automation solutions or prospecting tools.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional team and customer-facing environment.
  • Solid understanding of qualification methodology.

Any of the following is a plus:

  • Prior experience with Financial Services and/or Technology industries helpful.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Fluency in Italian (B2+).
