Job Title: Business Development Representative

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to optimize lead generation and qualification processes. This role requires building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients and analyzing performance to plan strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
• Analyze market trends and performance to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the retail and hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
