The Role

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team. You'll be crucial to Hyperproof’s success as well as join an incredible team looking to invest in you. As a BDR, you'll drive demand generation through phone, email, and social selling to set qualified meetings for your Account Executive partners.

You'll report to our Director of Business Development.

WHAT YOU'll DO

  • You'll be creative with your lead generation style as you hunt for new accounts.
  • You'll build a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via email, cold calling, and social selling.
  • You'll gain tremendous business knowledge by understanding how our potential customer's businesses work, how their leadership is structured, and how we can solve their everyday pains.
  • Confidently overcome objections that come with prospecting and calling head-on, and use your training and knowledge to relay Hyperproof’s value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Manage and track your pipeline information in Salesforce.
  • You will help the team continuously improve and optimize our process, training, use of technology, and other applicable aspects of our business.

  • Within your first 3 months you'll demonstrate the ability to accurately describe our product and our ICP.
  • Within your first 3 months you'll successfully accomplish 3 SQL's

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and Linkedin Navigator is preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in an accredited university or college preferred

LOCATION

  • We are a fully remote company! Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we’d rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live. Ideally we are seeking a candidate based within the US. 

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

  • We value your time and want you to know what to expect from us. For this interview, we expect to ask you to participate in 4 interviews and expect this to be completed in 4.5 hours over 4-6 days (schedules depending).

The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications.
