What’s the Opportunity? 

 

We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us drive new outbound pipeline for Quantum Workplace. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and lay the groundwork for successful sales engagements. If you excel in prospecting, thrive on challenges, and love making connections, this role is for you. 

 

What you will get to do in this role: 

· Prospect and Qualify. Use tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to identify decision-makers and update CRM records. 

· Engage and Nurture. Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and use social selling techniques to move prospects through the pipeline. 

· Tailored Messaging. Assess prospect needs and deliver messaging that communicates the value of Quantum Workplace’s solutions. 

· Set Up Meetings. Use MEDDIC to qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives. 

· Meet Performance Goals. Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and performance quotas. 

· Maintain Records. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and leads in HubSpot. 

· Collaborate and Feedback. Share insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness with the marketing team and work with sales to strategize targeting efforts. 

· Learn and Grow. Deepen your understanding of Quantum Workplace’s offerings by participating in XDR huddles and team meetings. 


About you: 

· Proven success in an SDR or BDR role with a track record of meeting goals. 

· Strong time management and prioritization skills. 

· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities. 

· Proficient with CRM tools, email automation platforms, and prospecting tools. 

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed. 

· Growth-minded with a desire to learn and improve continuously. 

· Disciplined and consistent in your approach to all aspects of the role.
