We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Business Team at Impartner! As a Business Development Representative at Impartner, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and presenting our SaaS solutions to address those needs. You will work closely with current customers, internal resources, and key leadership at assigned accounts as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Impartner platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our team!
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Proven track record in sales and/or business development
  • Strong passion and understanding of SaaS technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; matching with our company's ICP
  • Develop relationships with potential customers through proactive outbound communications, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads from outreach efforts or assigned inbound leads and schedule meetings for a product demo with a member of the Impartner sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned objectives and cohesive product positioning.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, competition, and market trends along with learning and leveraging available sales tools provided such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and others.
  • Track all sales activities in company’s Salesforce CRM and manage a pipeline of leads to ensure steady business growth.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
