What You’ll Do:

  • Connect with prospects through calls and emails to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospects while clearly communicating the value of HSI’s products and services.
  • Collect valuable information to qualify leads and schedule meetings with Account Executives.
  • Track and manage activities in Salesforce and Salesloft with precision.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and support one another.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for setting sales-qualified appointments.
  • Operate with professionalism and integrity, always building trust with prospects and teammates.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1–2 years in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role. Experience in B2B SaaS (software) is a big plus.
  • Education: High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred. We welcome candidates from all educational backgrounds who meet the role's needs.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
    • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
    • Strong self-discipline, motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • A competitive edge, coachability, and a drive to win.
    • Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
