JOB OVERVIEW
Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible sales and asset retention and brand promotion of all CI Global Asset Management investment products. Acting in partnership with two (2) District Vice President’s, the BDM serves as a sales consultant to the specified territory.
BDM’s will educate, train and motivate financial advisers and financial professionals to foster partnerships and stronger relationships, to increase CI GAM market share in the territory and develop high quality leads for DVP. The BDM will be located in their respective regional offices working as highly motivated sales professionals driving significant engagement with advisors remotely. The role will occasionally require travel to clients and client events within the territory as determined by business case and DVP, subject to RVP approval

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform pro-active call and sales campaigns to promote CI GAM product offerings to existing and potential clients
  • Generating referrals for your respective DVPs
  • Perform account management and customer service duties for established clients
  • Respond to inquiries on products, fund management strategies, portfolio manager philosophies/processes/styles and industry trends
  • Develop sales campaigns and materials and assist in delivery of sales presentations
  • Assist in responding to due diligence questionnaires
  • Perform (monthly, quarterly, etc.) territorial sales and asset reporting in collaboration with DVPs
  • Collect client and competitor information from Internet and other sources
  • Work closely with and support efforts of other team members
  • Assist in administrative functions as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Minimum 2 years financial services industry experience in a sales capacity
  • University degree in Business Administration
  • Financial services designations (e.g. CSC, CFP, CIM, CFA, CAIA).
  • Securities, mutual fund products, and investment industry
  • Advance expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in managing relationships with clients
  • Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills to provide effective solutions for clients

Directeur du développement des affaires

 

Directeur du développement des affaires est responsable des ventes, de la conservation des actifs et de la promotion de la marque de tous les produits de placement ci Global Asset Management. Agissant en partenariat avec deux (2) vice-présidents de district, le directeur du développement des affaires agit à titre de conseiller en ventes pour le territoire spécifié.

 

Ils éduqueront, formeront et motiveront les conseillers financiers et les professionnels de la finance pour favoriser les partenariats et les relations plus solides afin d’augmenter la part de marché de CI GAM sur le territoire et de développer des prospects de haute qualité pour DVP.  Le poste sera situé dans leurs bureaux régionaux respectifs, travaillant en tant que professionnels de la vente très motivés conduisant un engagement important avec les conseillers. Le rôle nécessitera parfois des déplacements pour les clients et des événements clients dans le territoire, tels que déterminés par l’analyse de rentabilisation et le VPD sous réserve de l’approbation de VPR.

 

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Effectuez des campagnes d’appel et de vente proactives pour promouvoir les offres de produits CI GAM auprès des clients existants et potentiels

Générer des références pour vos VPDs respectifs

Effectuer des tâches de gestion de compte et de service à la clientèle pour des clients établis

Répondre aux demandes de renseignements sur les produits, les stratégies de gestion de fonds, les philosophies, les processus et les styles des gestionnaires de portefeuille et les tendances de l’industrie

Élaborer des campagnes de vente et du matériel et aider à la prestation de présentations de vente

Aider à répondre aux questionnaires de diligence raisonnable

Effectuer des rapports territoriaux sur les ventes et les actifs (mensuels, trimestriels, etc.) en collaboration avec les VPR

Recueillir des renseignements sur les clients et les concurrents à partir d’Internet et d’autres sources

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe et les soutenir

Aider aux fonctions administratives au besoin

 

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ

 

Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie des services financiers dans une capacité de vente

Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires

Le Cours sur les valeurs mobilières au Canada est une désignation obligatoire

CFP, CIM, CFA, CAIA un atout , mais ne sont pas requis.

Requis : Valeurs mobilières, produits de fonds communs de placement et industrie de l’investissement

Faire progresser l’expertise dans MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles dans la gestion des relations avec les clients Solides compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation avec la capacité de respecter les délais.
