We drive adoption and usage for Unreal Engine and provide our customers with the tools and support to make amazing visual projects in the Unreal Engine.

What You'll Do

Engage with game developers to further their use of Unreal Game Solutions. Negotiate deals, sometimes highly complex over long cycles, as well as a high volume of more straightforward deals. Find new customers for UE Dev Solutions and nurture existing relationships to maximize our mutual benefit. Be a key voice of Epic Games in the game developer industry.

In this role, you will

  • Find new opportunities for the adoption of Unreal Dev Solutions
  • Negotiate deals with developers, publishers, and platforms for their use of Unreal Dev Solutions
  • Own relationships with important partners, continually maximizing their use of, and benefit from our tools
  • Expertly represent to voices of game developers back to internal stakeholders, constantly improving Epic’s ability to offer game devs best-in-class solutions

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience with all categories of game developers; from AAA and AA to Indie and Mobile
  • Experience in a sales or business development capacity working with the game developer community in the Americas
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self starter capable of working at a high level in a team or on their own
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with a variety of positions and functions within and outside the organization
  • Intimate knowledge of the games community in the Americas
  • Strong connections in the games community
  • Experience negotiating with international organizations

New York City Base Pay Range

$158,782$232,880 USD
