In our Business Development team, we are the pioneers among our commercial counterparts.  

We tread far from the conventional path, constantly working on new revenue opportunities and strategical expanding of our product and service portfolio. While launching groundbreaking products and services, we’re fine-tuning internal processes and create best-cases on the flight.  

 

To thrive in this exciting role, we need someone who's got skills in growth hacking and exploring new markets. If you've got a knack for business and can rock it in sales within the entertainment industry, then you might just be the one we're looking for! 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING  

  • Collaborating with your teammates to spearhead the market entry of our innovative self-service tool "Universe" in the dynamic entertainment sector, with a strong focus on driving growth. 

  • Identifying and securing new customers within the immersive shows, exhibitions, Comic Cons, and similar events 

  • Serve as a consultant to optimize our clients' events through our cutting-edge platform and marketing solutions. You'll showcase our value proposition and drive revenue growth.

  • Cultivating and expanding existing customer relationships alongside our Client Development team to boost customer loyalty and revenue streams. 

  • Actively engaging in market analysis and offering insightful feedback to enhance our products and services. You'll also be on the lookout for strategic partnership opportunities to drive further growth. 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) 

  • You bring a passion for digital solutions, coupled with your inherent interest in live entertainment, exemplifies your eagerness to make impactful contributions within our dynamic international corporation. 

  • You have a general understanding of business and commercial aspects. 

  • You are a confident and effective Communicator either via Telephone, mail and in face-to-face interactions. 

  • Ability to self-motivated work independently and as part of a team 

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English 

  • Your passion for digital solutions, coupled with your inherent interest in live entertainment, exemplifies your eagerness to make impactful contributions within our dynamic international corporation.
