Primary functions / Key accountabilities

  • Proactively prospect, qualify and grow our customers’ portfolio while exceeding revenue goals.

  • Leverage cross functional product, support, marketing and account management teams to connect and win new sales opportunities in assigned market.

  • Work with Account Management, Implementation and all other entities within Sabre in order to maximize share shift growth opportunities.

  • Focus on multiple sales methodology approaches, including consultative, cross-selling and leveraging Sabre’s value proposition in Supplier Commerce, Airline Solutions, to win Travel Network growth opportunities and increase sales penetration in new and existing accounts.

  • Assume full responsibility for all incremental sales by building, managing and maintaining the sales pipeline for designated market.

  • Proposal Responses,  presentation capabilities to potential customers in order to acquire new Accounts.

  • Meet and exceed annual quota’s by developing and implementing sales strategies.

  • Reports into and supports Managing Director on specific projects to execute key growth opportunities  

  • Collaborate across a multicultural team with diverse skills sets all focused around solution selling passionate about driving value across our marketplace. A possibility to lead teams in the future.

Requirements:

  • 4 year degree/post 4 year degree, and typically 11-14 years or related experience, or an advanced degree with several years of experience or equivalent work experience.

  • Extensive experience in selling services / products in service industries with intensive use of technology, travel content and airlines.

  • Proven ability to quickly understand and analyze complex technical requirements and business needs.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with focus on building strong credible long-term relationships across multiple stakeholders

  • Extensive experience and network in the tourism/travel/leisure & business travel industries

  • Pro-active team player who understands collaboration and sharing.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset, having a self-starter and initiative taking abilities.

  • Leadership Team Management an advantage

  • Excellent presentation skills, building and delivering

  • Advanced negotiation skills with focus on profitability

  • Financial acumen

  • Fluency in English and Arabic
