We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Assets Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in New York, reporting directly to the Global Head of Digital Asset Solutions business.
We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely a few days a week.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital assets solutions business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders developing strategic partnerships and working on deals with potential customers to generate revenue in the next 12-18 months.
- You will work closely with our strategy, product, and operations teams to ensure that we are well-positioned to capitalize on the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape.
- As a Digital Assets Business Development Manager, you will be expected to stay ahead of industry trends and developments, translating market insights into tangible growth opportunities for the business including partnership and acquisitions .
- You will also be responsible for determining where in the digital asset ecosystem Broadridge should engage to generate revenue in the near to medium term.
- This position requires a strong understanding of digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, as well as understanding regulatory landscape in the US and globally.
- This position requiring excellent communication, proposal development and negotiation skills.
- You will be a key player in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in this exciting and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in business development within the financial services sector, with a strong preference for the global digital assets industry. Ideally, this includes extensive connections across centralized and decentralized exchanges, wallet providers, custodians, as well as traditional institutions within wealth and asset management.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and translate those relationships to commercial opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to digital assets.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and technology solutions in the digital asset space.
- Knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem and ability to assess the commercial opportunity with ecosystem participants.
