Based in the Sunshine Coast area, you will be at the forefront of our mission, identifying and forging strategic partnerships that align with our business goals. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, cultivating long-lasting relationships, and creating mutually beneficial opportunities for both our clients and our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the gaming sector.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including market penetration, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company capabilities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and establish new connections.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and its partners.

  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of the game

  • Manage the full cycle sales process from sales through to installation and after sales

  • Represent Aristocrat at industry events and conferences, showcasing our legendary products

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the gaming or technology sectors.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building rapport and trust.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • A deep understanding of the gaming industry, including key players, trends, and technologies, is a strong advantage
