Who You Are: The Visionary We’re Looking For

- Experience That Speaks Volumes: You bring at least 4 years of business-to-business sales experience with a background in selling employee health-related products, benefits brokerage, or similar industries (insurance brokerage, healthcare point solutions, insurance companies, HR technology, or financial services) and broker relationships.
- Proven Success: You’ve built territories, developed networks, and connected with medium-sized organizations (500+ employees).
- A Growth Mindset: You’re excited to learn, adapt, and innovate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Tech-Savvy and Collaborative: You’re proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft tools, and know how to leverage technology to strengthen relationships.

Compensation:
Base salary $80,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions. Total compensation at 100% of quota is in the range of $295,000.
