Mission:

Drive Rocket Code’s growth in Mexico by building strategic relationships, developing effective business proposals, and acquiring new clients while ensuring an exceptional customer experience tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

    • Opportunity Identification and Generation:
      • Familiarize yourself with all Rocket Code products and services to understand their value and applications.
      • Identify and acquire new clients through direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with the marketing department.
      • Attend networking events to research and connect with potential customers.
    • Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
      • Suggest improvements or additional products and services that may add value and interest clients.
    • Negotiation and Proposal Development:
      • Design and deliver tailored business proposals and contracts to attract additional revenue from clients.
      • Negotiate prices and terms that are favorable for both the client and the company.
    • Internal Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with Rocket Code’s capabilities and objectives.
      • Analyze customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve the sales and business development process.
    • Market Trends and Analysis:
      • Stay updated on consumer trends and market changes to ensure Rocket Code’s offerings remain competitive and relevant.
    • Team Training and Development:
      • Support the team in developing the technical and interpersonal skills needed to enhance sales and business development performance.
Requirements
    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
    • Work Experience:
      • Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or B2B services sector.
      • Proven ability to identify client needs and provide relevant solutions.
    • Skills and Competencies:
      • Intuitive and insightful, with the ability to understand human behavior and identify pain points to offer suitable products or services.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Outstanding networking skills and the ability to build strategic, long-term relationships.
      • Professional yet personable demeanor, with strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
      • Creativity and capability to develop compelling business proposals.
    • Other Requirements:
      • Ability to conduct market research and generate qualified leads.
      • Willingness to travel and attend business development-related events.
      • Intermediate English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
