About the Role:

The Business Development Coordinator supports the expansion and growth of the company by assisting in lead generation, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. This role ensures the business development team operates efficiently by streamlining processes, facilitating communication, and maintaining data integrity. The position plays a key role in identifying potential business opportunities and supporting the team’s success through organization and coordination.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Assist in business development activities and coordinate pipeline progression
  • Support the business development team with prospecting efforts, leveraging
  • CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track and update leads.
  • Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets for new business
  • opportunities.
  • Ensure the CRM and sales pipeline are up to date, including contact management, deal tracking, and reporting
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and relationship management
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop tailored business collateral that optimizes deal-specific opportunities and accelerates the overall sales cycle.
  • Establishing clear channels of accurate communication and task progression
  • within the sales team and other internal departments, ensuring seamless information flow and coordination.
  • Present STAT capabilities to potential clients with support from Business Development Manager

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000
