Your Role 

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Development Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and industry trends. This job is great for those who are passionate about the environment, and go-to-market strategy and are interested in hands-on, growth company experience. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Monitor and track industry news, competitor activities, and market developments to identify emerging trends and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new markets and products. 
  • Build sophisticated financial and pricing models to address complex questions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management. 
  • Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new business initiatives, partnerships, and strategic alliances. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.  
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience of working as an Analyst, in Strategy, Consulting, or Finance, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modeling, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel/Google Sheets required) to effectively communicate findings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and partners on all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and a proactive mindset.


Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000

*Base salary only. Salary is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.

**Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, stipends, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long-term disability insurance.
