Core Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption by understanding customer needs and guiding them to appropriate resources
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships while developing creative strategies to expand our reach
- Represent Jito Labs at high-leverage conferences and networking events
- Collaborate with engineering teams on product integration and technical problem-solving
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth
- Take full ownership of projects and initiatives from conception to completion
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in sales engineering, business development, or similar roles, preferably in DeFi or blockchain space
- Proven track record working directly with engineering teams on product integration
- Deep understanding of MEV ecosystem and its implications
- Strong adaptability and project management skills
- Strategic thinking ability with focus on long-term impact
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex systems
