Roles and responsibilities

Ensuring Business-Relevant Data & Decision Support

  • Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring data solutions align with business needs.
  • Define and structure data to support decision-making across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Align reporting standards, KPIs, and data definitions across global and regional teams.

Power BI Report Development & Data Visualization

  • Design and develop user-friendly, actionable Power BI dashboards tailored to business needs.
  • Ensure dashboards provide clear, relevant insights that help users make informed decisions.
  • Focus on intuitive design and usability, making it easy for stakeholders to interpret and act on data.
  • Work closely with end users to understand their needs and ensure dashboards provide the right level of detail.
  • Optimize reports for performance, accessibility, and scalability, ensuring adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Power BI developers and data engineers to maintain seamless data integration.

Managing a Complex Data Landscape

  • Support data governance by improving data reliability and structure.
  • Help define data ownership, quality processes, and standardized reporting frameworks.
  • Work with business and digital teams to address data inconsistencies and improve integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management

  • Partner with business and digital teams to align reporting and analytics needs.
  • Translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Promote self-service analytics and train business users on Power BI best practices.
  • Drive a data-driven culture, ensuring teams use data effectively in decision-making.
Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience working in a data-driven organization within consumer healthcare, FMCG, or a related industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Strong track record of working cross-functionally with stakeholders in Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT.
  • Experience with data governance, data management, and ensuring data quality.
  • Knowledge of SQL, DAX, or Power Query is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science
  • Additional certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence are a plus.

  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Ability to identify challenges, analyse data, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Project & Change Management – Capable of leading and supporting analytics-driven transformation initiatives.
