Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Data Analyst to join our multifaceted Digital Solutions team, supporting KLA Global Supply Chain Services. The Business Data Analyst will play a meaningful role in digital transformation, process improvements, and scaling analytics within the organization, specifically supporting our procurement area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our procurement team and develop new and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, working with them closely to understand their needs, concerns, and ensure their ongoing support and commitment to project goals.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and address any issues or conflicts that arise during the data product lifecycle.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Develop detailed business requirements and specifications for new solutions and enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Utilize data analysis and dashboarding techniques to develop proof of concept solutions.

• Strong understanding of Power BI development standards, design principals, and best practices for optimal storytelling with data.

• Support root cause analysis on data discrepancies and other issues to propose corrective actions and process improvements.

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support business initiatives and projects.

• Stay current with industry trends, standard processes, and technologies in both analytics and logistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or other related field

• Solid business acumen and experience working with procurement, supply chain, and/or finance

• Strong stakeholder management and communication

• Proficient in SQL

• Experience with SAP and Snowflake

• Experience developing dashboards with Power BI and strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization

• Knowledge of advanced analytics and statistical methods such as cluster analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling, and optimization

• Strong sense of curiosity and growth mindset

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years

Base Pay Range: $68,900.00 - $117,100.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
