We are seeking for highly skilled and experienced Business Controllers to join our Finance Department. This role combines financial expertise, business partnership, and strategic decision-making to support our dynamic objectives.
The successful candidates will be based in Athens and will work closely with regional and functional leadership teams to ensure financial performance aligns with the company’s goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Partnership & Financial Controlling:
- Provide financial guidance to Country Managers and heads of function, aiding effective decision-making.
- Proactively drive business performance through financial insights and business partnership.
- Analyze P&L, Cash Flow, KPIs, and Capex to ensure sound business decisions.
- Prepare financial analysis for business initiatives, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Manage cash flow, prepare forecasts, and provide accurate financial risk assessments.
- Review and challenge monthly results and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Financial Modelling & Process Development:
- Develop financial models using Discounted Cash Flow analysis, applying IRR, NPV, and payback period criteria.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and explain model assumptions, results, and strategies to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales and Sales Support Teams during tenders, offer development, and negotiations.
- Create and maintain cost structures for different countries, including tax treatment of revenues and costs.
- Participate in contract reviews to ensure alignment with financial models.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Controlling within a multinational organization, preferably in high-transaction-volume industries.
- Knowledge or familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, will be considered as a plus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint; experience with pivot tables and SQL databases is an asset.
- Fluency in English and Greek, both verbal and written.
- Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
