Job Description
- Conduct requirements gathering and process design for ITSM, using BPMN 2.0 notation to ensure standardization and clarity of workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective understanding and implementation of defined processes.
- Develop documentation and reports to communicate process improvements and optimizations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid experience in requirements gathering and process design within the ITSM context.
- Advanced knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation for process mapping.
- Proven ability to identify optimization and automation opportunities in organizational processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, with a preference for certified professionals.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as EasyVista and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English oral and written skills.
