As we execute further on the Portfolio Lifecycle, FactSet's Analytics business continues to grow in size, reach and complexity. The Analytics & Trading Client Solutions team comprises of subject matter experts, combining product and industry knowledge to help ensure customer success. The Associate Support Specialist is mainly tasked with retaining our Analytics users by working on day-to-day tasks or large projects.

Our department seeks candidates that possess exceptional technical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to clients of varying levels of sophistication. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, intellectually curious and takes pride in the work they do. This role offers the opportunity to become an expert in all areas of the Analytics in your region or the broader Continental European team and set yourself up for a successful career at FactSet.

Responsibilities:  

• Retention efforts focused on proactive analytics support work. 
• Execution on project-based engagements such as re-implementations, solution optimizations and other time and knowledge intensive projects.
• Effectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via strong understanding of investment principles and their current applications in the industry. 
• Act as an escalation resource for internal stakeholders to address time-sensitive and/or complex analytics needs. 
• Proactively build relationships and organize / participate in web or on-site client visits that need specialist involvement. 
• Organize and relay client feedback to Product Development. 
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the finance industry, current market trends and economic factors, in order to maintain a competitive edge and form innovative strategies. 

Requirements: 

• University Degree in Finance, economics or related industry discipline
• Minimum of 1 years' experience of relevant professional experience
• Client facing experience
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Interest and affinity to work with data and analytics
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities 
• Ability to build relationships and a proven track record working in teams 
• Tech savvy, interested in all new developments and a quick learner
