As an Administrative Assistant in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department. You will work collaboratively with us to represent our group with professionalism and deliver exceptional work. This position offers the opportunity to engage with various executive-level clients and adapt processes to meet departmental goals.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars
  • Screen calls and prioritize information
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, organize offsite conferences and events
  • Process invoices and expense claims
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Produce high-quality emails and messages
  • Maintain organizational charts and executive bios
  • Handle regular activities proactively
  • Edit spreadsheets and presentations, lead ad hoc projects
  • Collaborate with the administrative team


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Tact and judgment in confidential situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to manage competing priorities


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience supporting at the Managing Director level
  • College degree is a plus


Note: this role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
