WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE
As the Business Application Manager, you'll work closely with Product Development and Supply Chain as well as external partners to define, prioritize and implement features and capabilities via Centric PLM. One of the most valuable contributions the tms Business Application Managers makes is in how we lead and deliver services.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Responsible for business applications delivery, and adoption throughout the application.
  • Will develop a vision and roadmap for the business applications.
  • Will work closely with Centric and other teams to deliver and maintain a PLM system and other business applications that meet the need of the business and deliver to a consistently high-quality standard.
  • Create a change management plan for the business applications.
  • Manage the PLM system and other business applications throughout their lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams (product development, account management, supply chain and Centric), estimating level of effort, identifying dependencies, and resource needs.
  • Collect, manage, and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across PLM and other business applications' releases and updates.
  • Prototype solutions and update documentation.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
The Work:

  • Innovate and design functional business processes to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with the business owners to create the process blueprint and establish business requirements to drive efficiency.
  • Assist in quality management reviews ensuring business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to enable complete understanding of the business applications designs.


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in a business application management position.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Be a proven self-starter, who is motivated and has a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Have a quantitative and analytical aptitude and a desire to make data-driven decisions.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with product lifecycle management systems.
  • Experience working with Centric PLM.
  • Experience with consumer products, ideally hard goods and/or fashion.


Salary: $106,000 - $148,720.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. tms is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At tms, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.
