HRIS Technical & Integration Specialist

Shared Services Center located in Skawina covers such areas as: Finance / Accounting, IT, HR, purchasing and supply chain management. The center provides services and support to all production facilities in Poland and few Valeo sites located in Europe.
Currently for our entity Shared Services Center in Skawina we are looking for a HRIS Technical & Integration Specialist for our HR tool Workday and Cornerstone.

Your challenge:

• System Configuration and Maintenance:

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Talent, Recruitment, compensation, reporting.

  • Manage system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and other enterprise systems.

  • Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.

• Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.

  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve system problems.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Project Management:

  • Lead and support Workday implementation projects and system upgrades.

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• System Optimization and Improvements:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.

  • Implement and test new features and functionalities to improve system efficiency.

  • Stay current with Workday updates and new releases, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilities.

  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Your profile:

• Experience with configuration and maintenance of Workday

• Technical support and troubleshooting experience

• Experience with project coordination/management/leading

• Ability to streamline processes

• Fluent English, Polish/French as advantage

• Proactive, pro-client approach and excellent communication skills
