Description
We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between technical data operations and business strategy. This role will own the end-to-end analytics process, from data collection to insights delivery, while leveraging modern tools including AI to drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive BI strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting systems (Power Bi, Quicksight) that provide actionable insights and its visualization.
- Lead data modeling and architecture decisions for analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify KPIs and metrics that drive business decisions.
- Develop and automate data collection processes and reporting workflows.
- Translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
- Implement and leverage AI tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
Requirements
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics role.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering data-driven business insights.
- Experience in a cloud services or technology company preferred.
- History of successful cross-functional project leadership.
Required Technical Skills:
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data querying and analysis.
- Python programming for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Data modeling and database design expertise.
- ETL process development and optimization.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML tools and applications.
- Strong data visualization and dashboard creation skills.
