CVS Health is taking on a major initiative to redesign and rebuild many of its customer facing digital assets. This effort will include a completely new approach to developing software within Aetna, using the latest design approaches, technologies, and processes. We're looking for a Lead Business Analyst to support our client facing engineering teams within our Brilliant Basics portfolio. In this role, you will directly impact a large scope of functionality, ensuring members can self-serve for some of our more complex use cases traditionally serviced by phone or mail, such Claim Inquiry or submission. This team your role will include:
Collaboration with product managers and system teams to understand business need, functionality, and desired feature outcome Drive discussions, Analysis & documentation, engagement, and requirement alignment across scrum & system teams Lead scrum team in user stories creation and definition to support development and quality testing of functionality in QA environment Drive production delivery following sprint cadence.
Manage and track user story completion in a SAFe/Agile framework Manage dependencies to ensure commitments are known and remain on track Promote transparency by effectively communicating in ART Sync, ad-hoc meetings, and ceremonies Prioritize scrum team work into sprints, manage product backlog, and track defects within the scrum team Represent product in technical discussions and solution decisions to ensure the correct path forward for the product
Required Qualifications
5+ years working in business analyst role, or equivalent experience
5+ years supporting product requirements definition and/or processes.
3+ policies specific to Healthcare Claims years supporting web, native, or services teams.
3+ years of experience with Agile / SAFe / Kanban experience.
3+ years of experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) experience.
Experience working with common workflow tools (e.g., Rally, Jira).
Experience with adobe analytics or equivalent click stream.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $222,480.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
