About the Role
We are looking for an experienced & skilled Business Analyst to become a core member of the Careem Partnerships team.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor the performance of the program, drive new members subscription by identifying the customer journey and experience in the funnel
- Brainstorm, design and develop insightful dashboards for performance tracking and identifiying the engagement trends and growth patterns
- Synthesize in-depth analysis to drive business intelligence via recommendations for action.
- Design and access A/B test experiments to boost the growth of the program
- Manage stakeholders and become the POC for insights on data related to subscriptions
- Work in conjunction with the product and marketing team to create user segments to build personalized tests
What you’ll need:
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions, deal with loosely defined problems and fast changing requirements & think abstractly
- Experience working with Business Intelligence tools, building reports and dashboards
- Experience with customer analytics, attribution and monetisation
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google tech stack. Python is a plus
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies (eg. Hive, Spark, Presto, Athena, Big Query) is a plus
- Excellent knowledge and strong track record working with CRM data
- Experience with data warehouse and data marts
