Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst helps organizations achieve business goals by analyzing processes. Through analysis, they identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to fill in gaps and improve business processes and structures, which include technology, people, organizational, and technological structures. A Senior BA often bridges technical teams and business departments so they can work together to achieve the functional specifications required to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers to lead the successful delivery of public safety radio or commercial radio solution projects
- Manage all aspects of the project management life cycle, including project scoping, resource assignment, project plan development, tracking, monitoring, and reporting
- Create, manage, and communicate clear project schedules to ensure deliverables are met
- Monitor, track, and report on project progress against scope, milestones, schedule, and budget
- Proactively address issues and risks with the project team members and customers, developing mitigation plans as necessary
- Cultivate positive and productive working relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure expectations are understood and fulfilled
- Deliver projects in accordance with technical specifications, placing a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Need 8+ year of experience in Business Analyst with experience working on large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building skills & communication skills
- Clear understanding (spoken and written) of the English Language
- Good communication skills and quick learner
- Understanding of Canadian Geography (mapping of addresses, business names and registries)
- Ability to work Monday- Friday 8am-8pm Eastern standard time. Weekends only required in rare situations
- Remote work (required traveling to office only for technical issues related to laptop, network, tools etc)
- Recommended: Understanding of Data platforms and tools (ie. SQL, Phython, AI algo, Excel etc)
